Fresh fish and shellfish are a regular feature on our menus with crab and lobster supplied by a local company. Our meat is of the finest quality, mostly being Welsh and local in origin. In the summer our fruit and vegetables are often grown on the island.

The Hooton family has farmed at Gwydryn Hîr, Brynsiencyn since 1964. Today, with two sons, Andrew and James, Michael and Rosalind Hooton produce meat, fruit, vegetables, cakes, and jams. With other farm staff, a year-round production system is organized to produce the products that are available in our farm shop and at Fron Goch Garden Centre, Llanfaglan, Caernarfon.
